What Data We Collect

On Your Property (processed locally)

• Camera video feeds (processed by on-site AI, never transmitted)
• Facial embeddings for recognition (stored locally, not as photographs)
• Automation data (lighting, climate, audio preferences)
• Security events and logs (encrypted, tamper-proof)

This data never leaves your property. It is processed on the NVIDIA Jetson edge compute module installed on-site.

Through Our Website

• Contact information submitted through forms (name, email, phone, property details)
• Analytics data (page views, anonymized)

GDPR Compliance

Foxworth complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Our on-site processing architecture inherently satisfies many GDPR requirements:

• Data minimization — We process only what's necessary for security and automation
• Purpose limitation — Data is used solely for property security and automation
• Storage limitation — Configurable retention periods with automatic deletion
• Right to erasure — All facial embeddings and personal data can be deleted on request
• Data portability — Export your data in standard formats

Facial Recognition

Facial recognition data is:

• Stored as mathematical embeddings, not photographs
• Processed entirely on-site
• Enrolled only with informed consent
• Deletable at any time

Third-Party Services

Our website uses Google Analytics (with IP anonymization) for traffic analysis. The Foxworth platform itself uses no third-party services — all processing is on-site.
